Annual Evaluation

Posted December 27, 2011

The Board of Trustees and the Church Council of Kawaiaha'o Church invites all members, associate members and friends of Kawaiaha'o Church to participate in this year’s annual evaluation of its Senior Kahu, Kahu Curt Kekuna.  All details and instructions will be included on this form and we invite you to pick one up at the front door on Sunday mornings between 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, or visit our Church Business Office Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

You do not need to identify yourself while participating in this evaluation; however, please take the time to read the entire packet before filling it out and read it again before you turn it in.

We recommend you begin and end this process with Pule. Invite Ke Akua and the Holy Spirit to guide you when filling out this evaluation form. Then, we hope you proceed with desire to ensure all comments provided offer positive, constructive and character building tools to assist the growth and solidify the relations between the Senior Kahu and the members of Kawaiaha'o Church.  For your convenience, we will have a drop-off box at the entrance of the sanctuary every Sunday mornings for completed forms. You may mail drop off the completed form to our business office at 957 Punchbowl Street; Honolulu, HI.  96814.

All Evaluation Forms must be returned to the Business Office no later than 3:30 PM, Monday, February 7th, 2012 (a recently revised and extended deadline). Evaluation Forms received after that time will not be included, and will be destroyed and discarded. If you need assistance in filling out the evaluation or if you have questions, please email Bill Haole, Personnel Chairperson at whaole@yahoo.com or call (808) 351-2149. E Ho`omaika`i mau loa e Iehova ko'u Akua ka mea nāna i hana kākou.
