Kawaiaha‘o School, located in downtown Honolulu, is a Christian-based Montessori program whose mission is to provide children, their parents and teachers with appropriate educational experiences emphasizing world peace and a respect for Hawaiian language and cultural values, thus laying the foundation for future success and lifelong learning. The Montesorri school currently serves children from 18 months through 5th grade. Kawaiaha‘o School also offers a summer program for preschool.

Our spacious, modern facility in the heart of Honolulu’s Historic District is owned and operated by Kawaiaha‘o Church. Established in 1975, Kawaiaha‘o School is a full affiliate of the American Montessori Society and is licensed by the Hawai‘i State Department of Human Services and the Hawai‘i Council of Private Schools.
