BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Purpose
To administer its duties in a manner consistent with the Covenant, Motto, Vision and Mission statements of Kawaiaha‘o Church and to act in the best interest of the members to assure continuation and protection of the Church’s assets and programs, to make sound judgments with respect to properties and financial investments and to act judiciously in its fiduciary capacity for the well-being of the Church today and in perpetuity.
Mission Statement of the Board of Trustees
We shall take heed to ourselves, and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made us overseers, to care for the Church of God, which he obtained with the blood of His own Son. (Acts 20:28)

The Kawaiaha‘o Church Board of Trustees is made up of 9 elected members plus the Kahu and moderator.
